Overview

Restaurant La Colline, nestled in the vibrant 20th arrondissement of Paris at 10 Rue Pixerecourt, offers a fresh perspective on French gastronomy. Opening its doors in September 2023, this elegant yet inviting space combines a spacious main dining room with a cozy second area closer to the kitchen, creating an atmosphere that suits both casual lunches and intimate dinners.

From the moment you step inside, the professionalism and warmth of the team—led by owner JB, also behind the acclaimed Le Jourdain—set the tone for a memorable dining experience. The staff’s attentiveness, especially their thoughtful guidance on pairing wines, enriches the meal, underscoring their deep knowledge of French cuisine and oenology.

The menu at La Colline is a daily evolving showcase of refined flavors and creative presentations. Signature dishes like the Sea Bream with Celeri Puree and Red Wine Soaked Salsify exemplify their bold, yet balanced approach to classic ingredients, while vegetable-forward options such as the Black Rice Salad impress with freshness and complexity rarely found in traditional French establishments. Desserts, including the rich Chocolate Cake and delicate Crème Caramel, bring satisfying closures with nuanced textures and tastes.

La Colline’s appeal lies not only in its culinary offerings but also in its welcoming environment that embraces a diverse clientele—from food enthusiasts eager for innovation to those seeking a charming spot where pets are kindly accommodated. The seamless fusion of modern French flavors with an accessible, friendly service makes it a standout destination for both locals and visitors wanting a genuine Parisian dining experience.

In sum, Restaurant La Colline delivers a harmonious blend of refined cuisine, thoughtful hospitality, and a comfortable setting. Whether you are drawn by the artful carpaccio selections or the delicate mousse au chocolat, the restaurant promises an experience that captivates the palate and invites repeated visits.

The dishes blew our minds!! We got a ceviche like appetizer (the fish was tender, and the raspberries were so fresh), then the Salate riz noir for main (the ingredients were so so well put together, and I haven’t had such well made veggie dishes in a French cuisine, and it was so fresh yet so filling), the dessert was the Crême citron verte with cooked cherries and cocoa crumble. So so good!! Highly recommend!! It deserves a star!!

This new restaurant opened on 14th September 2023 and I had lunch there. The owner JB also owns the popular restaurant Le Jourdain. La Colline is spacious with a main room and a smaller second one near the kitchen. As with Le Jourdain make sure you reserve a table. I had the 3 course lunch menu for €21. The menu changes every day and there is a good wine selection. The food was delicious and the service by JB and the restaurant manager Célia was very professional and friendly. I enjoyed my lunch and have already booked a table for Saturday evening.

Quaint restaurant with delicious food! My fiancé and I were looking for somewhere to eat and noticed this restaurant right down the street from where we were staying. We were so happy to have stumbled upon it because the food was amazing. We had the eggplant, the beef croquettes, and the beef entree with a curry sauce. The flavors were phenomenal. We would come back next time we are in Paris!
